What file should I send for a sign?
A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, JPG and PNG files. No artwork? Design it free in our online Design Studio, or ask our designers to lay it out for you.
Do I need bleed on my sign?
For most signs and posters, yes — add 3 mm on every edge so colours run right to the trim. Our Design Studio shows bleed and safe-area guides for you.
How quickly can you print?
It depends on the size and quantity. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Where do I collect my order?
From our shop at Factory 7, 3 Leo Alley Rd, Noosaville — open Monday to Thursday 9am–4pm and Friday 9am–2:30pm.
